How fast will I feel a difference?
Everyone is different. Many people use the routine every day for a few weeks. Give it at least 2 weeks of nightly splint use before you judge it.
Can I wear the splint all night?
Yes, that's what it's designed for. If it feels like too much at first, start with an hour or two before bed and build up. Loosen the straps if your foot tingles or feels numb.
Which size do I pick?
Pick your usual US shoe size from the size chart. The insoles can be trimmed along the guide lines. If they still don't fit, our Comfort Promise covers a free size swap.
What if the insoles don't fit?
Email us within 30 days with a photo of the insole next to your shoe and we'll send the right size free.
Is this a medical device?
No. It's a comfort and support kit. If your pain is ongoing or getting worse, please see a doctor.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave in 1–3 business days and arrive in 7–12 business days in the US. Shipping is free. You'll get a tracking number by email.
Why did only part of my kit arrive?
Kits can ship in more than one package, so pieces may arrive on different days. If something hasn't arrived 14 business days after your order, email us and we'll sort it out.
Can I return it?
If you're not happy within 30 days, email us for a full refund. You don't need to send it back.
