Our Comfort Promise

Wrong insole size
If your insoles don't fit, email us at support@morningstepco.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the insole next to your shoe. We'll send the right size free. One size swap per order.

Not happy with your order
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method. You don't need to send the product back.

Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged, or a piece of your kit hasn't arrived within 14 business days of your order, email us with your order number and we'll replace it or refund it.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
