Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only.

Cost
Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time
Orders leave our partner warehouse within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time
Delivery takes 7–12 business days after your order ships. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's available.

Kits in more than one package
The pieces of the Heel Relief Kit may ship separately, so they can arrive on different days. If anything hasn't arrived within 14 business days of your order, email us and we'll replace it or refund it.

Duties and taxes
Prices include any import duties. You will never be asked to pay extra on delivery.

Delays
If we can't ship within the times above, we'll email you and give you the choice of waiting or a full refund.
